This pillow was made from an antique linen sheet with the monogram of the original owner.  I believe the letters are “IR” It measures approximately 22 by 14 inches and comes with a feather filled insert.  The back is a button closure.  This was made using fabric with a history so there could be imperfections such as repairs or stains.
