This is for one grain sack pillow.  It was made with vintage European grain sack fabric, the back is a coordinating modern day linen blend with button closure.  This measures approximately 18 inches square and comes with a feather insert.  There could be imperfections due to the fabric having a history, such as repairs, and stains.  Colors may appear slightly different in person.  This is offered with free shipping in the US.
