This large vintage marmalade jar measures 5 3/4 by 4 1/4 inches.  This has many imperfections and signs of age due to its history.  This piece would have been used in the early 1900s and then buried to dispose of, it spent decades buried until recently recovered.  There is a chip, crazing, discoloration, and cracks but completely intact and stable.
