This vintage metal  scale was found in Belgium, it is marked “jouet,” which is French for toy.  This was possibly a children’s toy, although it should be used as decor now versus toy.  It has a imperfections due to its age such as patina and discoloration with the paint.  It measures approximately 8 by 4 by 4 1/2 inches.
