This hand painted map was found at a Parisian Brocante.  It measures approximately 17 by 16.5 inches.  This is a very unique piece with a lot of detail.  Please note that item has a history and has signs of it.  This map has a tear that is reinforced in the center, and another tear at the bottom.   Some spots that were signs of exposure to water.  But this piece is intact and even with its flaws it presents as a charming, whimsical piece of art. However it does have more flaws than the other maps, this is reflective in the price. Colors may appear slightly different in person.
