This sweet watercolor measures approximately 5 1/4 by 7 1/2 inches and 10 1/2 by 12 1/2 with the matting.  This was found in England and is in found condition and has an imperfections.  The noted imperfection was at the top where there is a mark from a piece of tape that backs the painting.
