This lovely watercolor painting of a sailboat scene was found in Provence, it was is framed in a charming antique frame with signs of wear. The total measurements with the frame are 10 1/4 by 8 3/4 inches.  I found on the back of the painting there was a note written by the artist, see included picture.   Please note this is in found condition so it may have some imperfections such as marks or discoloration. The frame has some chips, staining, and discoloration.   Also note the colors may appear slightly different in person.
